The Energy Performance Certificate and Recommendation Report estimates energy use, carbon dioxide and fuel costs (lighting, heating, and hot water).

Using RdSAP2005 methodology, it measures the property's current Energy Efficiency Rating & Environmental Impact (CO2) Rating, taking in to account type of boiler, amount of insulation in walls, roofs and walls, and energy saving measures implemented, such as low-energy bulbs.

The Recommendation Report offers potential and enhanced measurements, and indicates ways this could be achieved, and fuel-bill savings to be made.
